What personal data we collect and why we collect it?

This policy is formulated to inform users of the “Tactuus APP” about our policy regarding the collection, use and publication of personal data associated with the use of the app.

When you log in to the “Tactuus APP”, you simultaneously accept the collection and use of data, as stated in this policy.

Data collected from the Tactuus APP is collected in such a way that there is complete anonymity as to from which device and user data is collected from.

Work-life thriving data is published on average for a minimum of 4 users over a week.

Written feedback is published as the categories: work-life balance, communication & conflict, culture, efficiency, by a minimum of 3-5 comments for a given category, with a focus on solutions for management.

The personal data that we collect is also used to enable us to make the “Tactuus APP” available to you and to continuously make improvements to the “Tactuus APP”.

We do not use or share information with anyone except as described in this policy.

For a better experience using the “Tactuus APP”, we may ask you to provide various personally identifiable data.

The information we collect is stored by us and used in accordance with this policy.

When you use the “Tactuus APP”, in the event of an error in the app, data and information will be collected (through third-party products)on your device called “Log data”.

This “Log data” may contain information about, your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your device’s operating system version, setting of
the app while using the “Tactuus APP”, the time and date of your use of the “Tactuus APP”, and other statistical data.

“Tactuus APP” is not aimed at children under 13 years of age.

In the event that a child under the age of 13 sends us personally identifiable data, we will immediately delete data from our servers.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personally identifiable data, please contact us so that we can delete data.

Terms of use of the Tactus APP

The APP is not a diagnostic tool, nor can the APP assist with stress, depression or acute conditions. Regardless of whether you use the APP, you are always responsible for consulting your doctor if you experience symptoms of stress or mental illness.

The APP can not be used to personally receive help, as all data is anonymized and collected in overall averages. It is not possible with the APP’s current design, nor is it intended that we should be able to identify one particular user with a particular data profile.
